Hanworth Stabbing: 3 hurt in knife attack, police presence on Twickenham Rd by Homebase today
Hanworth Stabbing Investigations: Metropolitan Police in Hanworth, West London are investigating a triple stabbing incident on Thursday afternoon. According to reports, three people were injured following a knife attack on Twickenham Rd by Homebase.
What Happened In Hanworth?
Met Police were called to the scene of an assault at Homebase Hanworth. One victim was located suffering from an apparent knife wound. A second victim was located near Feltham Park and a third near McDonald’s. The three victims were taken to the hospital in critical condition. Police presence is currently on A316 behind Homebase, Apex Corner close to McDonald’s, Harlington Road East opposite Feltham Park, and A316 Chertsey Road.
Road Closure
Following the incident, Twickenham Road is closed in both directions, with slow traffic due to police investigation, residents have been urged to avoid Staines RD. A316 Country Way (Apex Corner) and Broadlands are also partially closed to traffic. Many officers and Emergency Services are on A316 Chertsey Road from Apex Corner to Hospital Bridge Roundabout in Twickenham.
